I'm a sucker for anything designer.  I've thought about buying a Toyota Prius from time to time, but with a lame name and that less than attractive body, I opted not to.  Now comes a designer electric car called the Aptera.  It comes in two models; The first an all electric in 2009 and the second an incredible 300 MPG hybrid!  You can find out more on their wonderfully designed site.  The logo typeface is really unique, but I've seen the icon be done many times, in various ways.  I think DataPortability.com had a very similar one that had to be taken down because of a C&D letter.  

Anyways, I think I'll be in line for one of these bad boys.  They require only a $500 deposit to hold one for you!  So what are you waiting for?
