Monster in my dream

Dean: I had a bad dream last night. It was my first bad dream. I saw a monster in my dream and that's why I came to your bed. The monster was from my favorite movie sponge bob and I was trying to hide from it. But it found me. I ran away from it. There was other kids running away also.

My favorite finger

Dean hurts his pinkie- and while crying he says -"what am I gonna do?!, I Hurt my favorite finger!!

Crocks

I was wearing crocks and I had socks on.
Dean at 4 | baba socks are not for crocks!
I laughed cause it was clever
He says did you like that cause it rhymes

God

Dean (when he's 4) baba, god is not real.
Me: why you say that baba?
Dean: this table is real, this chair is real, and this food is real. But god isn't real cause I can't see him anywhere!
Me: but that's what faith is. You don't have to see him to believe he is real.
Dean: fine, he's real, hes real!
